Privacy & Terms

TERMS OF SERVICE
Updated: October 23, 2026

1. Our services
Delta Private Kitchen provides dining, private dining, catering, and banquet/event services at 2200 E Holt Blvd, Ontario, CA 91761, inside Delta Hotels Ontario Airport. These terms cover this website and general booking arrangements. A signed event agreement controls event-specific arrangements, subject to applicable law.

2. Website inquiries and booking confirmation
This website provides menus, table reservations, and event inquiries. An inquiry, venue tour, or quotation alone does not reserve an event date or room. Event bookings are confirmed directly with our team under the agreed contract and deposit requirements. Ordinary table reservations are subject to the confirmation provided by our reservation system or team.

3. Prices, menus, and event arrangements
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Please confirm current menu availability and pricing with our team. Event pricing depends on the selected room, menu, guest count, equipment, and services. Applicable taxes, service charges, rental fees, and optional extras will be identified in your quotation or agreement before you commit. Only items expressly included in your agreement are included in the event price.

4. Deposits and payment
We do not accept online payments through this website. Payments are arranged directly with our team. Banquet bookings generally require a 30% deposit; the exact amount and payment schedule are stated in the signed agreement. The remaining balance must be settled before the event begins unless your signed agreement specifies otherwise. Please do not submit payment-card details through website inquiry forms or ordinary email.

5. Guest counts, requests, and changes
Please confirm guest counts, menu selections, room setup, and special requests by the deadlines in your event agreement. Changes require our confirmation and may affect availability and pricing. Tell our team about food allergies and dietary requirements before booking or ordering so we can discuss available accommodations; a request is not confirmed until accepted by our team.

6. Website use and third-party services
Please provide accurate booking and contact information and use the website lawfully. Hotel-room reservations made through external hotel or Marriott links are separate bookings governed by that provider’s terms and cancellation policy. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy below.

7. Updates and your rights
The date above identifies the latest update. Website updates do not automatically change an existing signed event agreement. Nothing in these terms or the policy below excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Updated: October 23, 2026

1. Ordinary table reservations
Ordinary table reservations generally do not require a deposit. If no payment was collected, there is no payment to refund. Please cancel or change your reservation as early as possible through the reservation confirmation, where available, or by contacting our team. Any special deposit or cancellation conditions must be disclosed and agreed before payment.

2. Banquets and private events
Banquet bookings generally require a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount. If the customer cancels, the deposit is generally non-refundable under the signed event agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This is not a blanket forfeiture of all payments. The agreement and applicable law determine any amount that may be retained and any refund due.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling
Send cancellation or rescheduling requests to deltaprivatekitchen@gmail.com with your booking name, event date, and request. You may also call +1 (909) 701-7550; please obtain written confirmation of any change. Rescheduling is subject to availability and written agreement, including whether a deposit can transfer and whether pricing changes. A requested new date is not reserved until confirmed.

4. Other advance payments and service issues
Refund eligibility for payments beyond the deposit, guest-count reductions, no-shows, or services already provided depends on the signed agreement, the circumstances, and applicable law. If we cannot provide a confirmed service, or you believe a payment is incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the booking and any refund or other remedy due.

5. Refund requests and processing
Please provide your booking reference, payment date and amount, and reason for the request; do not email full card numbers. We will review the request against your agreement and applicable law and confirm the outcome, amount, refund method, and expected processing time. Bank or payment-provider posting times may vary.

6. Contract terms and contact
Specific cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund conditions are governed by the agreement signed by both parties, subject to applicable law. For questions, contact Delta Private Kitchen at deltaprivatekitchen@gmail.com or +1 (909) 701-7550.
